Delete Your Account

Email cs@reacher.co.in from the address on your account (or send a message to our support number) with the subject line "Delete my account", including the mobile number your Reacher account is registered under. We verify the request against that phone number before acting on it, so nobody else can delete your account on your behalf.

We process deletion requests within 30 days of a verified request.

Once your account is deleted:

• Deleted: your profile (name, email, city), saved listings/assets not tied to a completed deal, device/push-notification tokens, and login access — you will no longer be able to sign in.
• Retained (as required by Indian tax, audit and dispute-resolution law): records of completed deals, invoices, GSTIN-linked transaction and payment history, and any data tied to an active or unresolved deal at the time of your request. This mirrors the retention already described in our Privacy Policy.

If you have an active enquiry, deal, or assigned trip in progress, let us know in your request — we'll confirm with you once it's resolved before deleting the account, so no live booking is disrupted.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation email once it's done.

You don't need to delete your account to correct your details, withdraw location-tracking consent, or ask what data we hold — see Privacy Policy → Your rights for those options, which don't require closing your account.
